Week 12 - After Class Post

What were some helpful critiques?

Some helpful critiques included to combine the recipe card, sodium card, & CHF tip card all on one paper (front & back). This would be more beneficial to the customer & prevent having multiple papers.

We received positive feedback on our customer reward system, especially the promo-code quiz included in our website. The quiz is based on the CHF tips delivered to the customer, which helps to promote the education that we are providing.

How does it fit in with your users and their needs?

Simplifying our cards, based on the critiques, assist our customers in their daily CHF management. Our customers need motivation to complete everyday tasks such as cooking dinner with their families. By having the recipe, sodium level, & CHF tip all in one sheet, our customers can easily refer back to these cards daily, allowing them to gain confidence in cooking healthy meals, therefore continuing self-management.

How/should you incorporate these suggestions into your prototype?

We originally had three separate cards (recipe card, CHF tip card, & sodium level card) in our package. We combined them into one sheet (front & back), which gave our package a cleaner & simple look.

Are you happy with this critique session?

The critique session was beneficial to creating our last prototype because it allowed us to clean up the final package. Hearing positive feedback from our colleagues also helped us see what makes the customer happy.

What would you do differently if you are not satisfied?

Our group is generally satisfied with our final product, but given much time we can get more detailed information about collaboration with local supermarkets & our delivery process.

Did you get answers or progress in the areas you wanted to?

Yes, our main goal was to get feedback regarding the Hearty Meals card designs. We used the critiques to alter our cards for our final prototype package.
